Here are some great food choices that are just full of all of those fabulous oils:
Most all nuts, walnut oil, avocado oil, olive oil
Green leafy veggies
Flax oil or flax seeds-I put these in healthy cookies or pancakes
Fish like salmon, cod, tune and shrimp-never choose farmed fish. Ever.
Chia seeds. Full of protein and oils and great to cook with or make chia pudding for breakfast with berries
Meat, poultry and eggs. Choose organic or local farmed as well as grassfed eggs, beef and chicken.
You can also choose to take Essential Fatty Acids daily-I take Krill Oil which is another good choice!
